We want you to love the fit of your RAYPELLA UPF 50+ performance shirt. If something's not right, we'll make it easy to fix.
Free Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange it for a different size at no cost to you, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the shirt is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.
Returns & Refunds
If you'd rather return your shirt for a refund instead of exchanging it, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement after we've processed it.
- Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email Returns@Raypella.com with your order number and whether you'd like a size exchange or a refund.
- We'll send you a confirmation and the correct return shipping address within 1–2 business days. We have multiple locations, so we'll match you with the right one.
- Pack the item back in its original condition and ship it to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund right away.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shirt arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email Returns@Raypella.com immediately with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — this is on us, not you.
What's Not Covered
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags
